Following the reveal of an exclusive blue colorway earlier this week, Baltimore native rapper Wale has teased another iteration of the Nike GT Future, this time in what feels like a slightly more yellow “Volt” finish. Notably, the sneaker’s no-sew, one-piece build draws inspiration from both the Foamposite and Hyperflight — models the artist is known to be a fan of — featuring sculpted striations that enhance its futuristic profile.
While the blue pair was pictured in several different lighting scenarios, showcasing its ability to transform from deep solid tones to a silver flash, there is currently only one image of the Volt-like pair, meaning it may or may not have the same function. What it does share with the previously revealed pair is black accents outlining the tongue and outsole, providing contrast for a refined look.
