The latest colorway to land on in the Nike Air Max DN8 line-up appears to take inspiration from the 1998 Air Max Plus “Voltage Purple.” The upcoming “Fierce Purple” iteration of the DN8 continues the Swoosh’s current design style to combine retro silhouettes with contemporary visions. Paying tribute to the Air Max Plus with its overlapping overlays, the upper features a gradient that goes from deep purple to black while the Dynamic Air midsole is accented in total orange to showcase the OG Tuned Air system, giving the shoe added comfort and cushioning. The black lacing system adds to the premium effect of the shoe which is meant for all-day wear with its breathable mesh and enhanced durability and stability. Look out for the pair arriving at the beginning of May.
