We Are Ona Opens New York Dining Experience
Following outposts in London and Milan, the experimental dining group has set its sights on New York.

The experimental dining group behind some of fashion’s biggest dinners, We Are Ona, has set its sights on New York. The New York food lab is set to run from March 2-6, marking the restaurateur’s latest pop-up. In addition to the pop-up, We Are Ona will also open a permanent New York office. Headquartered in Paris, the group has recently opened outposts in major cities London and Milan.
Having bolstered his career at the world-famous restaurant Noma, founding chef Luca Pronzato has quickly built a name for himself, throwing dinners for luxury fashion houses like Chanel, Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Valentino. The group serves as a full-service studio, allowing powerhouse chefs and brand architects to craft elite world-building experiences.
The group also boasts pioneer brutalist chef Carsten Holler. Many of the dinners are staged around a large communal table featuring Holler’s signature monochrome palettes that can adapt to each space, whether it be an abandoned train station or a freesia and daisy filled venue in Milan.
Following its New York pop-up, We Are Ona will partner with French fashion house Alaïa to host a series of dinners during the upcoming Paris Fashion Week. Each dinner will be curated by the house’s creative director, Pieter Mullier.
