One of the breakout performances — with respect to footwear in particular — from Paris Fashion Week last June came from ROMBAUT. The Parisian brand hosted its first runway show in celebration of its 10th anniversary and served up a first look at a new PUMA project that caught the eyes of many.

Revamping the archival Levitation silhouette from the mid-aughts, ROMBAUT brings both a modern and sustainable touch to the shoe with its most prominent elements being the extended floating heel and sustainable materials. Its recycled TPU components create not only a PUMA Formstrip at each side of the shoe, but extend beyond the heel to create a shape that makes it look as if one is almost floating with each step. The laceless low-top Levitation, which was spotted in three colorways and has just dropped in its black and dirtied white looks, is joined by the Levitation Sock in all-black. This tall silhouette went up for pre-order long ago and is now available as an online exclusive via ROMBAUT. Its knit upper features a white ROMBAUT wordmark at the toe and the brand’s logos at its lateral collars.

For those looking to shop the ROMBAUT x PUMA Levitation collection, these three pairs are available for sale now via ROMBAUT. The low-top arrives at a price of $370 USD each while the Levitation Sock is priced just above this at $381 USD. A wider launch via select retailers such as HBX is set to take place on March 1, as well as the potential for additional looks teased previously to land on shelves later this season.
