Boldy James x Chuck Strangers - Token Of Appreciate

Boldy James and Pro Era’s Chuck Strangers team up for their collaborative joint Token Of Appreciation, which features mixing and mastering from The Alchemist. “Token Of Appreciation is just that. It’s a thank you to my fans, for always supporting, and for as long as they have been supporting. I don’t take it for granted,” James gratefully comments. “This is one of my best projects to date. Chuck is a great producer, one of the best, the project is so cohesive, we have a genuine bond and we will be working together more in the future. Alchemist mixed it and loves it. ALC is my big bro and I take great pride in his opinion; so for him to give his stamp of approval is always important. Shoutout to Relly and Wilson Chandler for the support and good energy helping me complete this project. I hope the fans receive it with the same love we put into making it.”

“I can’t think of a more fitting name for the project, Token Of Appreciation, because appreciation is all I feel; for the music that we made, the opportunity to work with Boldy, the opportunity to have Alchemist mix and master a project I solely produced,” Strangers adds. “Being able to work with Wilson Chandler, someone I’ve looked up to since he played with the New York Knicks, just being a young person in NY growing up and watching him. I’m just really grateful. Me and Boldy, you can hear it from listening, we really tried to make something special. It’s a special set of songs, some of the best music I’ve ever worked on, and I’m proud of it. Sit back and let it run!”

This is a complete passion project. The cover art for the project symbolizes me headed off into a new space, mentally and within my career; but taking my classics with me.” He continues, “I just want to make every single REASON fan as proud as possible. From the production to the lyrics to the overall sound, I’m back in a space of full authenticity within the music; and taking it as serious as possible.”
