After releasing an earthy-brown GEL-YETITOKYO HI GTX model with nonnative, ASICS confirms to launch of a black-on-black colorway for the reimagined silhouette.
Drenched in an intense black, the new Gel-Yeti boot features a suedette upper coated in GORE-TEX, which allows the shoe to be waterproof without diminishing its luxurious feel. The shoe is embellished with matte black hardware, while contrasting white stitchings emphasize its structural elements without stealing away too much attention.
Paired with a quick lace system, the shoes ensure ease as well as efficiency when putting on or removing the boots. Last but not least, the new GEL-YETITOKYO HI GTX sits on a rugged outsole that can easily maneuver around harsh terrains without straining the feet. The new shoe will be first unveiled at ASICS’ Harajuku and Shinsaibashi stores on February 8. Starting February 10, it will be avaiable via the brand’s official webstore.
