Seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton is once again pushing the boundaries of his lifestyle label, Plus44, with a new capsule created in partnership with legendary British artist Ralph Steadman. The “Vegas Daze” collection is the brand’s most daring collaboration to date, translating Steadman’s iconic, visceral inkwork into contemporary streetwear.
The collection draws its chaotic, counter-culture inspiration directly from Hunter S. Thompson’s 1971 classic, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Steadman, renowned for his work on the book, created a series of original artwork and graphics exclusively for Plus44, along with reinterpretations of his most recognizable imagery. Hamilton stated, “Ralph’s work is bold and fearless, exactly the energy we wanted to bring. This one’s unexpected in the best way.”
The apparel captures the film’s psychedelic energy. The line includes boxy short-sleeve and long-sleeve jersey-style pieces featuring the newly commissioned artwork. The aesthetic ranges from tie-dye shirts, layered with “Still We Rise” graphics, to eclectic desert styling seen in new blue swim trunks and all-over print button-ups. The collection also includes oversized hoodies and a sleek black zip-up jacket, all marked with unique Steadman logos.
Accessories complete the artistic fever dream, with a custom dice set featuring Steadman sketches, an acid-yellow beach towel, and vivid red and yellow visors that echo the film’s distinct color palette. The drop launches exclusively at a four-day pop-up in Las Vegas from November 19 to 22, before becoming available online at Plus44.world.
