Jordan Brand blesses the collegiate squads it sponsors with fresh PE (Player Edition) sneakers every season, and for the 2024-25 college hoops campaign one of the main PE pushes is a gold-accented “First Class” style of the Air Jordan 4. One of the college basketball teams to get in on the “First Class” action this season is the University of Florida Gators, whose toothsome take on Michael Jordan‘s fourth signature sneaker was just revealed.

In classic sneaker leaker fashion, the only image available of the style is underexposed, off-center, and slightly blurry, but nevertheless, it manages to show off the shoe’s key details. The upper, midsole and outsole are dressed in shades of Gators blue, with the main embellishment coming through texture instead of tone thanks to a pockmarked leather on the mudguard. As is par for the course for “First Class” PEs, there are also gold accents on the heel and tongue Jumpman logos plus the lace tips, while the only direct nod to the team is presented via a laser engraving on the custom hangtag.

As the Florida Gators’ Air Jordan 4 “First Class” was created exclusively for the university’s athletes, it won’t see a retail release.
