Rosalía Drops New Track "Omega" With Ralphie Choo
Ahead of her upcoming fourth official studio album.
Rosalía has released a new collaborative track with Spanish producer and singer-songwriter Ralphie Choo. Titled “Omega,” the song was teased earlier this week as a short clip from the music video directed by Stillz.
In the visuals, Rosalía and Ralphie are seen riding a rollercoaster together. Prior to the Dior show in Paris, the Spanish singer said, “I’m releasing a song as a gift for my fans,” announcing the launch of the single ahead of her 32nd birthday. The singer hinted that “Omega” is “the end, the final” and explains that it is about having security in love. She added, “It’s very exciting.” Rosalía has supported Ralphie in the past. Ralphie is known for combining is cultural background into his music, specifically combining flamenco sounds with R&B, hip-hop and reggaeton.
The song drops ahead of Rosalía’s upcoming fourth studio album. She last released Motomami in 2022, which won her album of the year, best alternative music album, best engineered album and best recording package at the 23rd Latin Grammys. “Omega” follows her recent collaboration with BLACKPINK‘s Lisa titled “New Woman,” co-written by Tove Lo.
