Peggy Gou Delivers Extended Edition of 'I Hear You'
Including five new remixes of her biggest hits.
Peggy Gou is revisiting her debut album I Hear You with the release of its expanded edition.
The Bonus Tracks Edition features all the previously-available remixes created by Koreless and Jex Opolis, the “Nanadub” version of her viral hit “(It Goes Like) Nanana” and new remixes from two of the DJ/producer’s personal favorite producers. Joining the record is fellow South Korean artist and Gudu Records alumni Mogwaa, who puts a techno-fused electro spin on “Lobster Telephone,” and Berlin-based producer Spray, who remixes “1+1=11.”
The project arrives just after biggest US headlining show to date at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, and just prior to hear Life is Beautiful block party performance and her biggest Korean headlining show at Seoul’s Slow Life Slow Live 2024 in October. Gou is also set to headline the first day of the upcoming Hypefest Hong Kong, which takes place on November 9 and November 10.
