Rolls-Royce Unveils Private Office in New York
An appointment-only studio where clients can explore a wide range of materials, from fabrics and leathers to locally curated artwork.
Rolls-Royce has opened its first North American Private Office in New York City, marking a significant expansion in its bespoke commissioning process. Located in the luxury-focused Meatpacking District, Private Office New York is the third of its kind globally, joining locations in Shanghai and Dubai, with a fifth office set to open in Seoul by the end of 2024.
For the first time, North American clients will have the opportunity to work directly with a U.S.-based Bespoke designer to bring their visions to life. Rolls-Royce has noted a growing demand for increasingly complex and personalized commissions in the region and the new office is designed to meet this need. Chris Brownridge, CEO of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, emphasized the importance of the New York office, stating that it will “enhance our clients’ experiences of Rolls-Royce to new levels.”
The Private Office is designed as a luxurious, appointment-only studio where clients can explore a wide range of materials, from fabrics and leathers to locally curated artwork, all aimed at inspiring the creative process. Clients will collaborate with designers to create one-of-a-kind Rolls-Royce vehicles, tailoring every detail to reflect their individual tastes.
In addition to bespoke commissions, the New York office will also serve as a venue for dealers and clients to present and commission Rolls-Royce Private Collections. These themed collections showcase the brand’s craftsmanship, pushing the boundaries of design and engineering to inspire ever more elaborate personal creations. Rolls-Royce’s decision to open the New York office comes as North America remains its largest market, with the region seeing a dramatic rise in bespoke creativity over the past few years.
