Patrick Mahomes and Justin Jefferson Star in Oakley’s NFL-Inspired ‘Players’ Collection
Each pair of sunglasses is named after a renowned high school football program.
Oakley’s latest collection is inspired by the NFL – not only the player dominating the field today but also some of the most elite high school football programs that churn out out star rookies year after year.
Entitled the Players Collection, the shades were inspired by Oakley’s flagship Montefrio and Fatcat styles. Each of the four new pairs is named after an iconic US high school program: Chaminade, DeSoto, De La Salle and Belleville.
In addition to the main lineup, there are also two performance styles, the Sutro Lite and Resistor, both arriving in a glossy black with gold details.
Los Angeles Chargers safety Derwin James, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes model the sunglasses, which utilize Oakley’s Prizm Lens Technology, designed to optimize contrast for a clearer look at details on the field.
Oakley’s Players Collection launches in-store and online on September 5.
