A New Anthony Edwards x adidas Sample Sneaker Has Surfaced

Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves made an impressive run last season, making it to the Conference Finals before falling to Luka Dončić and the Dallas Mavericks. While Edwards was a walking highlight reel in action, his off-court activity found similar momentum as he and adidas introduced the adidas AE1 at the end of 2023 and dropped a low-top version of the sneaker earlier this year.
Edwards and adidas continue to treat fans to new releases, with the patriotic “Night Indigo” iteration as the latest to hit shelves. As many wonder what’s next for the red-hot duo, a new sample from their partnership has emerged. Pictured in the gallery embedded below, the sleek design sports a futuristic finish that is comparable to other modern adidas Basketball models like the adidas Harden Vol. 8. It’s worth noting that the sockliner of one of the shoe’s lists it as “MODEL NO. 1,” perhaps indicating that this was an adidas AE1 sample rather than a glimpse at what to expect from the AE2.
