Previously identified as a Social Status collab, the two pairs arrive next week in continuation of TWG and New Balance’s partnership.

Update: The Whitaker Group debuted its multiyear partnership with New Balance in September of last year, presenting the 9060 under a “Missing Pieces” theme. Now, the two are back with a “Willful Bias” project featuring the 1906U. First thought to be a Social Status collaboration, two colorways of “Electric Teal” and “Sand Dune” have been crafted. Speaking to the “Willful Bias” theme TWG noted that it is “a journey merging the shared values of both entities: a unified commitment to push the world forward.” The release process has already begun with TWG retailers having launched raffles for the two pairs, priced at $170 USD each, which are set to conclude on July 19.

The 1906U Pack features two distinctive pairs. The first pair boasts a white, breathable mesh upper with grey detailing and striking blue accents, offering a fresh and dynamic look. The second pair also includes a white mesh upper, enhanced with grey suede overlays and bold black “N” logos, complemented by vibrant orange highlights. Both pairs are designed for comfort and durability, featuring full-length N-Ergy cushioning in the midsole and a rubber outsole.
At the time of writing, official imagery and details like price and availability have not yet been revealed by either brand. However, the pack is expected to drop sometime in 2024, likely within the next few months.
