Beats x ‘Minecraft’ Roll Out Solo 4 Headphones With Creeper Pixel Print
Commemorating the classic game’s 15th anniversary.
In celebration of the 15th anniversary of Minecraft, Beats has joined forces with the classic game for a special edition pair of Solo 4 headphones.
Inspired by the blocks that make up Minecraft, the over-the-ear headphones come in a matte black with a green pixelated print. Subtly appearing throughout the Solo 4s is the face of the Creeper, a zombie-like character that’s become synonymous with Minecraft.
As Beats’ flagship headphone, the Solo 4 offers 50 hours of battery life on a single charge, as well as lossless audio and spatial audio, the latter of which uses head tracking to deliver a personalized experience.
Solo 4 buyers will also receive a unique in-game bonus: each purchase is accompanied by a code that unlocks a special character within Minecraft, who, fittingly, is sporting the headphones themselves.
The Beats x Minecraft Solo 4 is available for $199.99 USD on the Beats website beginning July 18.
