Thom Browne and Bose have officially joined forces to reinterpret the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, fusing high-fidelity audio engineering with luxury American tailoring. Inspired by Thom Browne’s iconic grey suit, the collaborative noise-canceling headphones swap standard synthetic hardware for premium textiles.
Central to the design is rich grey cashmere, which wraps around the adjustable headband and removable ear cushions to mimic the plush warmth of winter earmuffs. The exterior earcups feature Thom Browne’s signature four-bar athletic motif, a detail mirrored on the accompanying zip cashmere carry case. The crest of the headband is punctuated by the house’s signature grosgrain loop, fully integrating the tech accessory into the brand’s aesthetic universe.
Exposing its internal details when worn flat around the neck, the interior earcups feature the label’s signature red, white, and blue tricolor stripe lining, referencing the Bemberg fabric found inside classic Thom Browne suiting. The underlying audio framework retains Bose’s advanced active noise-canceling capabilities alongside its immersive spatial audio playback.
The headphones will now be available on Bose and Thom Browne beginning September 28th, with preorders opening on September 24.
