Diptyque Is Having a Mediterranean Summer
Presenting a range of scents and home decor for its “hedonistic” summer collection.
Diptyque is defining its summer 2024 as a “hedonistic” one, which, based on its extensive offering of elevated warm-weather scents and home decor staples, is an authentic name for the French perfumer’s summer abroad. Across a bevy of fragrances, candles and its special “Wanderlust” Decoration Line, Diptyque has delivered an authentic olfactory ode to the dreamy Mediterranean Summer.
For its Summer 2024 Collection, Diptyque enlisted French artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet to bring the range to life with his vibrant shaded sketches.
The collection spotlights the Ilio scent – a tribute to the local flora and fauna of the Mediterranean – which arrives in the form of an eau de toilette, face/body mist and hair mist. The coveted Citronelle candle also surfaces in classic and five-wick iterations, accompanied by the Cyprès (Cypress) and Figuier (Fig Tree) candles – each one’s encasing adorned in the special Navet artwork.

As for the other aspect of the collection, Diptyque also presents a lineup of decorative home objects deeply influenced by the Mediterranean aesthetic. Adorned in shades of blue and inspired directly by “poetry of flowers, the aesthetic Mediterranean palette, and travel in all its forms,” the collection spans an array of vases – the traveling Stem Vase crafted in collaboration with Coco Brun and wax Medicis vase – among other candle holders and lanterns.
