Only NY Is Keeping It Light for Summer 2024
Presenting an array of locally-inspired sportswear and cut and sew garments.
Only NY has unveiled its latest seasonal offering. In the second iteration of its Summer 2024 collection, the New York City-based outfitter serves up a range of sportswear-inspired garments, graphic staples and a handful of other cut and sew pieces.
The collection was crafted with breathability as the main priority; each item takes a lightweight silhouette, optimal for the sticky New York City summer.
A button-down shirt entitled the Hearts Rayon Camp Shirt is enveloped in an geometric print with no visible branding. Dobby Weave Easy Pants emulate the shirt’s loose fit, crafted from custom woven fabric and complete with an encased elastic waist and an interior drawstring. Elsewhere on the cut and sew front, mesh sportswear surfaces in shades of green and white.
Graphics tap into the local summer food scene, with one featuring a strawberry stamped on the front. The standout of the graphics portion, however, is the “Bodega Naps” tee, which features a cartoon of a cat sleeping amidst a slew of Bodega mainstays on the back of the silhouette and a corresponding Only NY logo on the chest pocket.
