Here Is an Initial Look at the First-Ever Pagani Residences
Here are the renderings of the Miami-located luxury residence slated to be ready in 2027.
The first-ever Pagani Residences is coming to Miami. Pagani announces its new luxury residence tower following a string other architectural ventures from premium automotive brands in the past couple of years. In 2022, Bentley announces its first-ever residential tower and recently, Mercedes-Benz also shared its first residential tower in Dubai and first in America earlier this year.
In collaboration with Pagani Arte, it appears that the Italian specialty automaker is moving into residential architecture, focusing on the smallest of details to ensure that the its an unprecedented extension of the Pagani experience. With 28 stories, the building has sweeping waterfront views and features 70, all-corner two-to-four bedroom residences with 11-foot ceilings and generously sized terraces ranging from 800 sq ft to 1,040 sq ft, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces with panoramic sunrise-to-sunset views. Residents will also enjoy a 24/7 concierge and waterfront lobby, 240-foot boardwalk fronting Biscayne Bay, ensuite elevators and walk-in laundry rooms and closets. At the penthouse level, there is a 360° rooftop with sunrise-to-sunset views with a private pool including a hot tub or jacuzzi.
All residents have access to concierge services that include limousine rentals, car service and restaurant reservations, wake-up calls and more. They can also enjoy personal shopping and grocery shopping services, as well as travel planning, secretarial services, child arrangements and more. The residences also include a private marina, garages, as well as a private residents lounge and co-working spaces. A media room with a custom built-in sound system is also including along with a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, wellness lounge, rooftop pool and sky lounge and a fully-appointed summer kitchen and grilling station.
