Denim Tears "African Diaspora Goods" Flagship Opens in NYC Tomorrow
Taking over Stüssy’s old Spring Street spot.

Denim Tears is laying down roots in New York City. Tremaine Emory revealed on Instagram that the label’s new flagship – dubbed “African Diaspora Goods” – is set to open its doors on Soho’s Spring Street this Friday.
The African Diaspora Goods outpost is not your regular old Spring Street storefront; located at 176 Spring, the Denim Tears flagship lands at the same address that Stüssy once held in downtown NYC.
Yesterday, both brands took to Instagram to share the below “Pass The Baton” graphic t-shirt, commemorating the handing off of 176 Spring from one streetwear imprint to another.
The shirt will be exclusively available to purchase at the African Diaspora Goods store.

The entirety of the “Kiss My Grits” Spring/Summer 2024 collection will also be available to purchase at the store.
Visit Denim Tears’ “African Diaspora Goods” at 176 Spring Street beginning tomorrow, Friday March 15. NYC residents, keep an eye out for the below announcement flyers – landing in the colors of the Black Liberation flag – posted throughout the city as well.
