First Look at the Oakley Edge Icon Golf Shoes
Based on the brand’s popular Y2K slip-ons.

Oakley‘s presence in the golf space is mostly associated with its eyewear, highlighted by its most recent Sphaera and BiSphaera performance line. Through the years, the brand has also made apparel that has been trusted by some of the world’s best players like Rory McIlroy and Bubba Watson. However, its latest release is sure to appeal to more casual, fashion-focused players who love the brand for its collaborations with Brain Dead and Junya Watanabe. The Edge Icon is a brand new golf silhouette supercharged with Y2K nostalgia, taking inspiration from the slip-on Oakley Flesh.
The futuristic, laceless shoes show off the recognizable swollen sole units and signature O-Frame branding, but with the added benefit of performance features to match the expectations of golfers. The upper is built from performance PU leather and neoprene and treated with water repellent properties, while the inner synthetic lining allows for 4-way stretch. The EVA and rubber outsole, meanwhile, is reinforced with small traction spikes to provide more grip compared to the brand’s street shoes.
The shoes come in two colorways: blackout or cream/navy, and are available in sizes 8 through 13. Retail is set at $200 USD via Oakley’s official website.
