Online Ceramics Celebrates the Beatles’ Legacy With New Capsule Collection
Available for pre-order now.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of Capitol Records’ groundbreaking partnership with The Beatles, a collaboration that changed the landscape of music and popular culture. To honor this milestone, Capitol has joined forces with the cult-favorite fashion brand Online Ceramics to create an exclusive capsule collection inspired by the band’s historic moments.
Online Ceramics meticulously researched Capitol’s archives, incorporating original tape reel images, handwritten notes and historic photographs into the collection’s design. The pieces celebrate the band’s iconic imagery, including the Beatles logo and Capitol Records Building silhouette.
The collection arrives alongside other significant Beatles releases: the 1964 U.S. Albums Mono Vinyl Box Set and Martin Scorsese’s documentary Beatles ‘64 on Disney+. It also coincides with Grammy nominations for their final song “Now and Then.”
In 1964, The Beatles transformed American popular culture, beginning with their landmark The Ed Sullivan Showappearance that captivated 73 million viewers. That year, they released multiple albums including Meet The Beatles! and A Hard Day’s Night, played 32 concerts, and sold 15 million albums, marking the height of Beatlemania.
The Beatles x Online Ceramics Capsule Collection is available for pre-order today on The Beatles, Capitol Records, and Online Ceramics webstores.
