‘Hypebeast Magazine’ Makes its Way to Milan for the Launch of Issue 34
Hosted in partnership with Antonia Milano.
Following its recent LA launch, Hypebeast Magazine made its way to Milan, Italy to celebrate its 34th issue – The Uniform Issue – which explores the notion of uniforms as more than stylistic choices, but as a deeper expressions of who we are and what we stand for.
Held in partnership with Antonia Milano, the evening played host to over 500 guests at its Via Sant’Andrea boutique, located in the city’s famous Golden Triangle – the heart of luxury fashion in Milan – on the magnificent grounds of a former archiepiscopal seminary that was commissioned by the Archbishop of Milan and built in 1565.
Music provided by DJ Kevin Lopes of Milanese collective AKEEM and guests in attendance came from a wide spectrum of Milan’s fashion scene including Domenico Formichetti, the founder of PDF, who is featured in the current issue of Hypebeast Magazine.
Uniforms are a reflection of our personal and shared histories, as well as what we believe in and aspire to go. From fashion to design, music to art, additional highlights within the magazine include conversations with Frank Dorrey, Sandy Liang, Luar, Juntae Kim, Domenico Formichetti’s PDF and Shaboozey’s cowboy-inspired flair, along with SATISFY, Hellcat Eyewear, Rocky’s Matcha, Nori Rasmussen-Martinez and Jake Hunte in collaboration with William Spooner.
