Arc'teryx Offers A Fresh Take on Freeride Jackets with Its "Grottoflage" Collection
Featuring a limited-edition collaboration with Atomic Ski.
Arc’teryx is set to launch its FW24 Grottoflage collection, debuting the brand’s first printed design in its freeride lineup. Inspired by the popular Grotto toque, the new Grottoflage print reimagines camouflage by incorporating elements of the Arc’teryx logo. The collection includes men’s and women’s pieces, featuring the Sentinel Jacket, Sabre Pant & Jacket as well as Rho base layers, each crafted with Arc’teryx’s signature quality and durability.
The Grottoflage print was meticulously developed by Arc’teryx’s design team, who created a refined pattern using shades of gray and black. Philip O’Sullivan, Director of Color and Graphics at Arc’teryx, explains “We dissected our logo and created a textural pattern by layering the elements in shades of grey and black. Grottoflage is our take on a camouflage-style print and was inspired by the success of our coveted Grotto toque.”
In a notable collaboration with fellow Amer Sports brand Atomic, Arc’teryx is also launching a limited-edition ski featuring the Grottoflage print. The Atomic Maverick 115 CTI Arc’teryx Edition, developed with professional athlete Craig Murray, combines Arc’teryx’s design philosophy with Atomic’s technical expertise, creating a ski that embodies both brands’ dedication to mountain excellence.
The Arc’teryx FW24 Grottoflage collection will be available starting November 6 on the Arc’teryx webstore, with limited-edition skis releasing on November 11 on the Atomic webstore.
