Sony and Honda's AFEELA Project Is Driven With a DualSense Controller
Shocking those attending CES 2024.

During Sony‘s recent CES 2024 press conference, the Japanese tech company unveiled its long-awaited AFEELA project in partnership with Honda. Spectacularly hitting the stage, the concept car was surprisingly controlled with a Sony PlayStation 5 controller.
According to Sony and Honda, “AFEELA powers unparalleled intelligence, remembering, communicating, protecting, and inspiring people. The AV electric vehicle is outfitted with an ultra-widescreen dash and an accompanying futuristic digital interior. The tech elements are in collaboration with Microsoft running Azure OpenAI as a “conversational personal agent.” Still a prototype, the car also uses Unreal Engine-driven AR and sees Polyphony Digital, the name behind Gran Turismo, “bring together virtual and real-world experiences.”
