Following the opening of its Tokyo store back in 2018, Palace Skateboards has now set its sights on its latest expansion into Asia. The teaser comes after rumors of Palace gearing up to open its first-ever flagship store in Seoul, the capital of South Korea.

Taking to Instagram, the uniquely British skate imprint recently shared a teaser accompanied by a caption that reads “SOMETHING COOKING/03/02/24.”

While no major details have been shared at the moment, the short teaser clip shared on Instagram shows someone enjoying a meal of meat grilled on an iron plate, a major part of South Korean cuisine. The brief video also shows the cap of a soju bottle and a side of kimchi. While the end of the clip zooms into a hoodie emblazoned with a reimagined Tri-Ferg motif defined by orange and black tiger stripes and “Palace” written in Korean Hangul.

Stay tuned for more details regarding the opening of Palace’s Seoul flagship store February 3, 2024.
