After being teased earlier this week, we now have a complete look at Stüssy‘s with American rock band Talking Heads. Formed in 1975, the New York City group was formed by David Byrne and is accompanied by Chris Frantz, Tina Weymouth, and Jerry Harrison. Recognized as one of the “greatest artists of all time,” Talking Heads was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.

To share the special range, Stüssy shot a series of images at the famed Hollywood Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles, the location where Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense 1984 concert film was performed and recorded. The Talking Heads x Stüssy Fall 2023 collection is led by a graphic printed T-shirt featuring artwork from the album “Remain in Light” (1980). It is important to note the remastered version of the project will be released later this year. The other accompanying T-shirts feature imagery of David Byre in his iconic oversized suit from Stop Making Sense.

Take a look at the range above and shop the Talking Heads x Stüssy Fall 2023 collection online, at Stüssy Chapter locations, DOVER STREET MARKET, and on Talking Heads’ website September 8, 10 a.m. PST.
