Throughout the past two years, the Air Ship has gone from if-you-know-you-know status to a rightfully-appreciated silhouette. With Nike handing the silhouette off to Jordan Brand, it has most recently been spotted in multiple collaborations — ranging from works with A Ma Maniére to Corporate Got ‘Em.

Now, emerging Japanese retailer Forget-me-nots has been tapped to rework the historic shoe. Creating the “From Bud to Flower” colorway, the brand looked to “reflect the beauty of a bud before it fully blooms.” A glossy leather constructs the shoe’s upper with white joined by gray suede at the Swooshes. A lavender hue graces the heel’s Nike Air branding while the lining, tongue tag and rubber outsole favor a soft blue.

For those looking to grab a pair, the Forget-me-nots x Jordan Air Ship “From Bud to Flower” launches on September 27 at a price of ¥22,000 JPY (approx. $149 USD) via Forget-me-nots and select retailers.
