Drake and SZA‘s For All the Dogs collab “Slime You Out” debuts at No. 1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The joint earned 32.6 million streams, 5.2 million radio airplay audience impressions and sold 2,000 downloads in its first week, and is also sitting atop the Streaming Songs and R&B/hip-hop charts. “Slime You Out” marks Drake’s 12th Hot 100 No. 1, tying him with Madonna and The Supremes for the fifth-most on the chart below Michael Jackson, Rihanna, Mariah Carey and The Beatles. The song also gives SZA’s second No. 1 after “Kill Bill” from April and is the first artist of 2023 to have multiple Hot 100 No. 1 entries.

For All the Dogs is set to drop October 6 following a short delay. Drake took to his Instagram Stories to explain the decision, writing, “Okay my dilemma I am faced with is either cancel shows to finish the album or I complete the mission and drop the album before the last show. I owe you all these memories we are building and anywhere we have missed to-date we will be spinning back for sure. For All the Dogs October 6th. It’s only right…”

Elsewhere in music, Will Smith is hosting a new podcast honoring hip-hop of 1988.
