Japanese menswear label roundabout has returned with a fresh range of laidback, traditional silhouettes, ahead of the Fall/Winter 2023 season. The brand, which operates on the ethos of “this is my way,” carves its own path in fashion, with designs that embrace minimalism and place an emphasis on oversized constructions.

Inside the collection, roundabout offers a bevy of outerwear, tops, bottoms and accessories — all of which arrive in a slew of muted tones, consisting of sandy neutral hues, pink, baby blue and dark charcoal grey. Among the standouts, the L/S Open Collar Pullover Shirt features a zip-closure and simple finish around the neck, while the Denim 2tuck Pants boast exposed pockets on both legs, with a roomy build. Hoodies feature enlarged drawstring closures; button-down shirts possess side pockets and decorative central lining, and bucket hats don a pared-back shape in several colors.

Aside from clothing, the collection also houses a selection of understated jewelry. Key pieces include the Silver Cross-Over Bracelet, which employs a chain-link-like appearance, and several rings that offer subtle statements on the hand. Notably, the line’s garments and accessories take the spotlight in roundabout’s FW23 lookbook, while models’ faces are concealed by glittering tape.

roundabout has not yet announced a release date for its forthcoming FW23 collection, though it is expected to drop in the coming months. Peruse the range in the gallery above.
