Update: Product images of the Notre x Salomon XT-4 collaboration have surfaced. Up-close angles reveal the pair’s grass stain-inspired gradient uppers along with the mesh tongues and interior liners that are dyed in a tan hue. Additionally, the insoles are treated with co-branded hits and a digital-camo pattern that is displayed in the background. At the time of writing, a release date has yet to be confirmed.
Salomon has been capitalizing on the outdoor footwear trends this year by pumping out a plethora of new inline and collaborative offerings. The latter category has seen plenty of success thanks to its projects alongside Sandy Liang, JJJJound and atmos, and now it’s about to welcome a new entry in partnership with Notre. The Chicago-based retailer has elected to lend its touch to the Salomon XT-4 and has provided a first look at them.
An aerial preview of the kicks shows off the pair’s upper which features a nature-friendly gradient presentation that transitions from a deep blue to a light olive green. Branding from both parties is printed on the toe boxes and the lateral sides of the medial panel, the former of which spells out “Salomon Lab” while the latter features the Windy City retailer’s moniker. Downstairs, the midsoles are treated with creamy exteriors and accompanied by a translucent blue ACS chassis shank plate.
At the time of writing, no official release information has been announced, but you can likely anticipate Notre to drop these via its West Loop location and online site in the coming weeks.
