Samsøe Samsøe's FW23 "Rush Hour" Campaign Portrays Urban City Life
TikTok’s Callum Mullin interviewers casual wearers on Berlin streets.
Scandinavian label Samsøe Samsøe keeps minimalism at its core, producing sleek everyday wardrobes that transition from day to night. The brand continues to cement its design language for Fall/Winter 2023, capturing the campaign on Berlin’s bustling city streets.
The brand’s Scandinavian identity storms German avenues, bringing a realistic approach to campaign styling and shooting. Every image captures the raw production process, adjusting garments and interviewing casual Samsøe Samsøe wearers streetside. The “Rush Hour” campaign reflects the busy lives of Berlin’s inhabitants, wearing simplistic uniforms, including faded leather jackets, sheer bodysuits, and calf-length wool overcoats.
Women are filmed on the streets with microphones and cameras held high, promoting padded leather outerwear, insulating knitwear, and diagonally-striped maxi skirts. German men, interviewed by TikTok‘s Callum Mullin, wear speckled grey cardigans and essential black trousers, while light-wash denim and ribbed accessories complete the final look.
