New Balance is celebrating women’s basketball with the signing of its first female basketball player, Cameron Brink.

A rising senior at Stanford University, Brink was named the WBCA Defensive Player of the Year for the Division I league. She also won the 2023 FIBA 3×3 World Cup in Vienna and has been awarded the All-American honors four years running.

At New Balance, the star player will appear in the brand’s campaigns, spanning from lifestyle to performance. She’ll also collaborate with New Balance designers to inform the direction of both footwear and apparel.

“I am honored and excited to join forces with New Balance,” Brink said. “Their ability to empower athletes perfectly aligns with my own values, and I look forward to this journey with them. I hope we inspire athletes around the world to fearlessly pursue their dreams.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Cameron as the first female basketball player to join the New Balance family,” Head of Basketball Sports Marketing Naveen Lokesh added. “Cameron’s exceptional skill on the court and her desire to give back align perfectly with New Balance’s desire to change the game for the better. We are excited to support Cameron reaching new heights in her career and contributing to the growth of women’s basketball for years to come.”
