Apple TV+ has officially landed an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Lionel Messi‘s journey with Inter Miami CF. A new untitled six-part docuseries follows Messi’s arrival in Miami to play for the MLS team.

The new docuseries joins will be produced in tandem with Apple Original’s previously announced documentary that also tracks the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner throughout his career, five FIFA Wordl Cup appearances and his FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 championship. A veteran of the sport, Messi has spent over 20 years in Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. Since playing for Inter Miami, he has scored at least once in each of his first five games, leading his team to win after win in the MLS.

In a statement, Messi said, “I couldn’t be happier coming to Miami and joining such an amazing group of people and organization. I’m joining with the desire to compete, win and help the club continue to grow.
