Original Story: Japanese label TIGHTBOOTH, led by professional skater Shinpei Ueno, has established itself across the world throughout recent years. To accomplish this, the brand has teamed up with various collaborators such as BLOHM. Now, it looks to continue its ascent by teaming up with Nike and the Nike SB team on an SB Dunk Low.

Previewed by Ueno himself, the forthcoming release reinvents the SB Dunk Low’s upper — pairing textures and materials in a unique arrangement. First, the base utilizes a hairy suede in black. Offsetting this, off-white overlays with a scratch texture team up with a color-matching lining and laces. A reflective black Swoosh appears at the lateral, with the medial likely carrying the same style. The padded tongue sees a dotted arrangement joined by TIGHTBOOTH branding next to the typical Nike SB tongue tag. Rounding out this initial preview, an orange sockliner with TIGHTBOOTH branding matches the small lateral tag below the Swoosh.

As of now, no details pertaining to the upcoming TIGHTBOOTH x Nike SB Dunk Low collaboration has been provided by either party. It is rumored to drop this holiday season via Nike and select skate shops at a price of $135 USD.
