A. Lange & Söhne Unveils Two New Incredible Novelties
Introducing the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar and the Lange 1 Time Zone.

A. Lange & Söhne has just revealed two very special new time-tellers: the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar, and the Lange 1 Time Zone.
An ambitious reference, the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar is geared with a rare combination of a split-second chronograph with a perpetual calendar complication. It’s powered by the Maison’s own L101.1 caliber, a highly-complex manual-winding movement that incorporates three classic complications all in one. Housed in a 41.9mm white gold case, its dial plate is crafted from solid pink gold and embellished with blued steel handset. Completing the timepiece’s sophisticated appeal, it’s paired with a hand-stitched, dark brown alligator leather strap.
The newly iterated Lange 1 is one of the Maison’s most iconic references. Now attired in a platinum build, the time-teller offers an effortless solution to keeping track of two different time zones. On its tonal, rhodium-hued dial, home time is displayed via the larger counter with Roman numeral indices. Correspondingly, the smaller off-center time subdial with Arabic hour markers indicates another time zone. 24 city names are imprinted on the periphery for ease of reading, while the outsize date display and power indicator completes the timepiece with hallmarked Lange 1 finishing touches.
The Lange 1 Time Zone will be offered as a standard release, meanwhile, the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar is offered as a boutique-exclusive, and produced in a limited run of 100 watches.
