Cards From Upcoming 'Pokémon' x McDonald's Happy Meal Surface
Expected to arrive next month.
Starting back in 2001, nearly every year, The Pokémon Company and McDonald’s have come together to release a series of promotional Pokémon Trading Cards at participating locations. According to a report, the duo is now gearing up to offer another Happy Meal run with a collection of limited-edition Pokémon cards.
The report goes on to share that the upcoming series is set to release with a special Happy Meal and feature 15 cards. As with previous years, the cards will come in four-card booster packs and come accompanied by a “Match & Battle” toy related to the Pokémon included in the card series.
It is currently unclear when the cards will be available in the United States, but the report notes a launch in Germany and Austria July 27, along with a United Kingdom release August 23. Take a look at the list of cards included in the upcoming Pokémon x McDonald’s Happy Meal series below.
