The boots follow on from the Fall/Winter 2022 pair that debuted within a sinister nightclubby collection, and were actually seen on the designer’s most recent (and final) SS23 runway show at Printworks in London.
For the new pair, Simons adds a leather strap across the front, in which you’ll find perforations in the classic brogue fashion. The detailing runs all the way up the shaft of the boot, and carves out part of the rear heel section, while a small embossed “RAF SIMONS” stamp can also be found up top.
The sole unit is thick and sturdy, sitting on a blocked rubber-stacked heel that’s supported by a thin rubber outsole, it too branded with the designer’s moniker.
Raf Simons’ SS23 block-heel brogue boots retail for $1,880 USD and are available from Dover Street Market now.
In other news, Balenciaga’s Defender is now covered in dirt.
