Tradition and Technology Combine in NN.07 x BYBORRE SS24
The new collaboration presents beach-ready essentials in BYBORRE’s A03 3D knit and flat A02 knit.
BYBORRE is quite the collaborative powerhouse, following up on its work with Diemme, Albino & Preto, O’Neill, and many others with a Spring/Summer 2024 link-up with NN.07.
The collaboration is the perfect halfway meeting point between NN.07’s minimalistic design aesthetic and BYBORRE’s fascination with innovation and technology. As such, this is a collection that takes timeless silhouettes and elevates them to new futuristic heights, utilizing BYBORRE’s A03 3D knit and flat A02 knit to create garments inspired by waves crashing against the seashore, depicted in a custom-made artwork incorporated within Egyptian bio-cotton.
With the sea in mind, this collection is literally designed to be worn for beach-based excursions. Thus, shorts, kimono jackets, bucket hats and tote bags, camp collar shirts, and a versatile blanket that doubles as a poncho for when the sun rolls in, all come together for a capsule wardrobe. And with BYBORRE behind the technicalities, each piece is designed to last a lifetime, with hidden push buttons and reinforced pockets doubling the utilitarian nature of this collaboration.
Each piece is limited to 100 examples, and everything will drop exclusively via NN.07’s website on July 5 at 12 p.m. CET/11 a.m. BST/6 a.m. EST.
