Another collaboration between Carhartt WIP and sacai has been revealed on the Paris Fashion Week runway. The collection is an expansion of the collaboration first introduced last season for FW23.

Now, for Spring/Summer 2024, Chitose Abe continue to bring her idealized hybridization methods to a collection that features her iconic deconstructed bomber jackets, exaggerated a-line chore jackets, as well as the label’s archetypal weather-ready outerwear that adorn the sacai and Carhartt WIP collaborative moniker. The palette stays true to the original offering, arriving in classic black and khaki, as well as a smoke grey, and mint green, beige tan hues. Round two of the sacai x Carhartt collaboration saw reworked jackets as well as color blocking jumpsuits paired with oversized parkas to bring together Abe’s signature style of bridging classics with contemporary silhouettes.

While the collaboration is all the rage, other pieces including flora-themed summer wear came in the form of shorts and shirt combos. As for footwear, sacai has revealed new sandals, boots and derby shoes that appear to be constructed with leather and take on the shape of a puffed up cloud-like silhouette. The soles utilize Vibram for added support for outdoor terrains. In accessories, sacai has revealed its own version of the rafia beach bag, featuring the iconic “S” label on the base.

Take a look above at the collection this season.
