'Ultimate Fighter' Season 31 Trailer Shows Conor McGregor Shoving Michael Chandler By Throat
Setting up a highly-anticipated bout between the two fighters.
Following months of build-up, the UFC and ESPN recently released a trailer for Season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter. The latest look at The Ultimate Fighter: Team McGregor vs. Team Chandler builds on rumors of animosity between the two coaches revealing a heated face-off. The encounter shows Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler meeting in the Octagon before tempers flare and “The Notorious” is seen shoving Chandler by the throat.
Debuting later this month, the latest season of the iconic reality television series and mixed martial arts competition will see new episodes every Tuesday with a season finale set for August 15.
Following the conclusion of TUF 31, Conor McGregor is set to face Michael Chandler in the main event of a UFC pay-per-view event. Though McGregor must re-enter the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) drug testing pool for six months before the fight can officially set.
