Kaytranada and Aminé Unveil Release Date and Tracklist for Their 'KaytrAminé' Joint Album
Pharrell, Freddie Gibbs, Big Sean, Snoop Dogg, and Amaarae will be featured.
What do you get when you mix a powerhouse producer/DJ like Kaytranada and a versatile and melodic rapper Aminé together? A KaytrAminé joint album. The two artists have formed a strong friendship over the years, and it’s finally led to a joint project that will be released to the public on May 19, 2023.
The two blessed our ears with a playful, summer-appropriate anthem last month in “4EVA” which featured production assistance from Pharrell, and they released its music video and performed it for the first time live during Kaytranada‘s dance-y set for weekend one of Coachella. Today, the duo also unveiled the official tracklist for the record which totals out to 11 songs. Other notable names that will be featured on the album include Freddie Gibbs, Big Sean, Snoop Dogg, and Amaarae. The duo’s new self-titled album follows Kaytranada’s BUBBA and Aminé’s TwoPointFive, the former of which was released in 2019 while the latter dropped in 2021.
