After dropping 3-Eye Lug Boots in collaboration with Timberland, Aimé Leon Dore returns with breathable Fisherman Sandals as an alternative to Birkenstocks and the growing number of light slip-on silhouettes on the market.
The uppers of ALD’s Fisherman Sandals are available in either “Black” or “Brown” colorways featuring interspaced cow leather straps that aren’t designed to be adjustable. The sandal-like design allows water to drain out while supplying plenty of airflow. Details include calfskin leather & suede lining, gold-printed logos on the footbed, an adjustable strap closure, brass hardware, and heeled rubber soles. This modern rendition of a silhouette that has been worn for centuries is made in Italy and listed in men’s sizing.
