Rowing Blazers Taps Tudor for Limited-Edition Black Bay 58 Timepiece
Less than 100 units were produced.
After joining forces with Zodiac to create a Harry’s Bar-inspired Super Sea Wolf in January, Rowing Blazers has officially named its next timepiece collaborator: Tudor. This time around, the NYC cult-favorite label has stamped its glowing-pink logo on the center of Tudor’s Black Bay 58 dial.
The collaborative Black Bay 58 features a retro black dial with gilt elements and a coordinating bezel. The model doesn’t veer too far from its original version (which retails for $3,950 USD in steel on a bracelet), aside from the bright branding on the dial and engraving that reads “aut viam inveniam aut faciam” (Latin for “I shall either find a way or make one”) on the caseback. The latter phrasing is a staple slogan in the Rowing Blazers wheelhouse.
For those interested, unfortunately, it will be near impossible to get your hands on the Rowing Blazers x Tudor Black Bay 58 timepiece, as under 100 units were created. The collection has been reserved for “friends and family” of the brand, with a few famous faces including Daniel Dae Kim, Henry Eikenberry, Ziwe, Ronny Chieng and Wimbledon champ Barbora Strycova.
