COMME des GARÇONS HOMME's New Balance 580 Collabs Have Arrived
CdGH logos are stamped to the heel’s reflective panels.

Every year, COMME des GARÇONS HOMME will venture into the sneakers sphere and make its presence felt through it collaborative launches. In recent memory we’ve seen the Japanese sub-label link up with Nike to tease its Pegasus 2005 capsule, and now this season it has reconnected with New Balance to put together a new capsule centered around the New Balance 580. This new initiative serves as a follow-up to the duo’s 550 project from 2022.
If you sift through the past several footwear team-ups that CdGH, one common theme is that they all adhere to a grayscale palette. That is the case here again as the two parties have prepared “Black/White” and “White/Grey” offerings for this roll out. Each pair is treated with a breathable mesh base layer and comes overlapped with suede panels along the quarters and around the toe boxes. COMME des GARÇONS HOMME branding is situated on the reflective heels as well as on the insoles, the latter of which also comes accompanied by New Balance hits. Underneath all of that comes angelic midsoles that are feature New Balance‘s signature Rollbar cushioning under the hood.
Julian Fashion has these available right now for $293 USD if you are interested in picking up a pair.
For other news, a New Balance 1906R “Eclipse” colorway has been unveiled.
