The Weeknd Drops New Album 'Live At SoFi Stadium'
Recorded during his two-night stint at the famous Los Angeles venue in November 2022.
The Weeknd on Friday delivered his latest full-length effort, Live At SoFi Stadium. The album, which includes 31 tracks recorded live during his two-night stint at the famous Los Angeles venue in November of last year, arrives following the release of his HBO Max special of the same moniker.
The tracklist includes an expansive roster of the chart-topper’s biggest hits, including “Wicked Games,” “Kiss Land,” ”Starboy,” “Can’t Feel My Face,” “Save Your Tears,” “Die For You” and “Blinding Lights,” among several others. The record includes one feature from Ty Dolla $ign on “Oh Nah.”
Live At SoFi Stadium arrives as The Weeknd’s acting career is beginning to take form. Earlier this week, it was announced that the singer is slated to star opposite Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan in a film that he co-wrote and produced. Not much else is known about the untitled project, though Trey Edward Shults, the filmmaker responsible for Waves and It Comes at Night, is on board to direct. Elsewhere, The Weeknd is also gearing up to make his series debut in HBO’s The Idol.
