London-based brand Kiko Kostadinov just landed in Paris to present its all-new Fall/Winter 2023 womenswear collection. In January, Kostadinov took to the French capital to debut his menswear range, which paid homage to four forgotten fashion influences in design.

Womenswear designers Laura and Deanna Fanning stormed the halls of Paris’ Lycée Henri-IV public secondary school and introduced the staple Kostadinov uniform for its own girls-only academy. The collection entered the center’s ancient doorways with a ruffled ideology alongside dynamic pastel tones and cultural face decor. Guests were seated on miniature school chairs and were lectured by draped silk dresses matched with crinkled bottoms in gradient hues.

Tangled halter tops were positioned into delicate floral arrangements, while faded fabrics transitioned into mounted V-necks and interconnected skirts. Dismantled biker jackets featured peeling collars and numerous zippered compartments beneath a sprouting layer that bloomed in motion. In addition, striped cashmere ensembles followed apron-like tops with wool detailing and pinned ornamentation. Asymmetrical tees and decoded cargo pants took on their own life, while shredded textiles coated rugged miniskirts with a rebellious breeze.

As for footwear, the Fanning twins introduced strapped boots with shared leather and nylon constructions, accompanied by jumbo-sized fuzzy socks that peeked through the collars. Finally, ribboned flats chaperoned pink variations with a cheeky attitude.
