'Hogwarts Legacy' PS4 and Xbox One Release Date Postponed Again
The title was meant to release on April 4.
The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release of Hogwarts Legacy has experienced a delay once again.
The announcement was made via the game’s official Twitter account but did not disclose a specific reason for the postponement. “We’re overwhelmed with gratitude for the response to Hogwarts Legacy from fans around the globe. The team is working hard to deliver the best possible experience on all platforms and we need more time to do this,” the tweet read. “Hogwarts Legacy will launch for PS4 and Xbox One May 5, 2023.”
The Warner Bros. Games and Avalanche Software title was initially scheduled to release for all consoles on February 10, but announced beforehand that it will only be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The PS4 and Xbox One versions were then rescheduled to April 4 before being delayed to May.
