Fashion is gearing up for a Spring/Summer 2023 season dominated by moto must-haves. From Gucci FW23‘s motocore pants and jackets to Demna’s Balenciaga showcasing biker boots on its Winter 2023 runway, anything and everything race-themed is likely to be this year’s hottest trend — and now Dsquared2 wants a slice of the action with its Honda collaboration.

First seen on Dean and Dan Caten’s SS23 runway, the Honda collaboration is the perfect amount of retro revival-meets-bang-on-trend reportage. Leather jackets are perfectly constructed to emulate this era, using grained leather for an authentic moto touch before branding arms and cuffs up in both of the collaborator’s monikers alongside “64” racing numbers.

Likewise, a cream-white leather jacket is served up for something still on theme, but geared towards a more relaxed look — implying this is the piece you’d wear when not riding your motorbike. The same can be said for the brown suede jean jacket, or the rather smart biker blazer also in brown suede that works in sartorial details taken from formalwear.

Aside from Dsquared2’s big-ticket items, the collaboration also brings Honda-branded hoodies and T-shirts, tank tops, and a range of baseball caps doused in bold colors and bolder prints.

Dsquared2’s Honda collaboration can be seen in the gallery above and is available to buy online now, alongside the entire SS23 collection.

In other news, Supreme is expected to drop “inside-out” BOGO hoodies soon.
