In 2023 we’re expecting to see Kobe Bryant‘s estate and Nike release more footwear and apparel pieces to the public. There isn’t an exact timeline on what will be dropping and when, but we could be nearing a new launch as Vanessa Bryant has just teased a brand new Kobe 6 Protro “BHM” colorway.

This isn’t the first time that we’ve seen this model receive this treatment as a “BHM” Kobe 6 makeup was released in 2011. That iteration was styled with a regal black and gold color scheme while this updated installment take a more vivid route. Its upper haves are accessorized with the usual scaly textures, and these are fitted with a gradience that transitions from white to a dusted mauve. Pops of pink are shown through the Swooshes, and these are surrounded with spray paint-like accents of blue. Leather panels out back are also cowled in a muted mauve tone while the translucent heel molds are fitted in an eggshell hue.

It’s still unclear if these will actually be launching to the public given that Vanessa Bryant mentioned that these are a promo pair, but sit tight as we gather more updates.

For other news, the Nike ACG Mountain Fly GORE-TEX “Khaki” is being reissued.
